Welcome to AI Creative Inspiration (“AICI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AiCreativeInspiration.com (the “Site”) and all services, products, programs, and memberships we offer, including AI prompt consultations, virtual and in-person webinars, custom AI solutions, digital products, tutorials, courses, and the AI Empowerment Network membership (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.
We provide: AI prompt consultations (private, 1:1), virtual webinars, in-person webinars, custom AI solutions, digital products, tutorials, courses, and a paid multi-tier membership called the AI Empowerment Network.
Some offerings are included with certain membership tiers; others may be sold separately.
You may need an account to access certain Services or join the AI Empowerment Network. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Not sharing your account, login, or any members-only content outside your membership.
By creating an account or purchasing Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Payment methods: We accept Stripe for membership (including recurring and renewal payments). We accept Stripe or PayPal for digital products, paid webinars, private consultations, and other one-on-one services.
Booking: Private consultations are booked and paid in advance via Stripe or PayPal invoice. A confirmation email will be sent after payment is received for digital products, courses, and paid webinars.
Recurring billing for memberships: By starting a membership, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel according to Section 6.
Pricing: Membership is $59 per month. Pricing for products and services may vary and is subject to change at any time. The price at checkout applies including the use of coupons.
Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes as required by law.
Chargebacks: You agree not to make fraudulent or improper chargebacks. We may suspend or terminate access if a chargeback occurs.
Digital products, courses, paid webinars, and membership: Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase or initial membership start date. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
Consultations and other private one-on-one services: All sales are final. No refunds.
How to request a refund: Contact us in writing at kim@kwphotog.com within the applicable time frame with your order/membership details.
Monthly membership: You may cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for the remaining cycle.
Annual membership: Requests to cancel may be considered for a prorated refund at our management’s discretion and only for sufficient cause. Examples of sufficient cause include documented extenuating circumstances. Requests may be denied if the member has already accessed substantial benefits, content, or services during the term.
Our right to terminate: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or behavior that harms our community. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
All content we provide (including courses, tutorials, templates, digital products, webinar recordings, community materials, and branding) is owned by AICI or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or make derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Members may not share members-only materials outside the membership.
If you submit or upload content (e.g., comments in the community), you retain ownership and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it for operating the Services.
We are committed to a supportive, respectful environment—especially for women entrepreneurs and creators of all backgrounds. You agree to:
Communicate respectfully and stay on topic within discussion threads and comment sections.
Not engage in harassment, trolling, gossip, hate speech, illegal activities, spamming, or sharing inappropriate or explicit content.
Not attempt to damage, interfere with, or reverse engineer the Site or Services; not upload malware; not use the Services to violate any law.
We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
Our content, tools, prompts, and guidance are educational and informational. Outcomes from using AI tools can vary and are not guaranteed. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and using professional judgment before acting on any guidance.
We use trusted third-party processors, including Stripe and PayPal, to handle payments securely. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our Site.
We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In short: we do not sell your personal data, and payment details are processed securely by our third-party providers.
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICI and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service at issue in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold AICI harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California/USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in [Sonoma County/California/United States] for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
